Perfect Binder Operator Second Shift

Position Overview:

Quad is seeking Perfect Binder Operator for the Burlington,  Wisconsin plant.  The primary function of this position is to set up, maintain and run all Perfect Binders at the highest level attainable with emphasis on the gathering section. Produce and maintain best attainable quality, possess and display leadership skills, assist in evaluating personnel.  Assist in evaluating production capabilities, assist shift supervisor as required.  

Required Qualifications:

• Goss Perfect Binder Experience a plus!
• Must have in-line mail experience, knowledge of perfect binder operation, knowledge of and experience with mailing operation and equipment
• Good mechanical aptitude, ability to read, understand and follow binder guides
• Ability to train and direct crew, self-motivated.
• Excellent attendance record, satisfactory job performance in current position, excellent safety record and work habits, positive attitude and team player (able to work with others)
• 8 hour shifts ( 3 p.m. – 11:00.pm.), Mon - Fri, these shifts do not rotate.   Please expect to work 8-10 hr. days with weekend work when needed.
