Quad is seeking a passionate Digital Content Creator for our greater Pittsburgh, PA photo studio to generate exclusive content for one of our largest retail clients; DICK’S Sporting Goods. The ideal candidate is progressive and knowledgeable of capturing trend-forward social content across all platforms and is exceptionally skilled in the realms of both videography and photography.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client to translate conceptual ideas into innovative and elevated assets across various formats; including the delivery of compelling social content 
  • Utilize expertise of social media platforms to inform photo and video executional decisions across a broad spectrum
  • Engage in full scope of commercial photo and video production workflows; including in-studio and on-location shots inclusive of product and on-figure needs   
  • Masterfully orchestrate lighting setups and set buildouts; making swift adjustments and recommendations as necessary
  • Optimize workflow techniques to manage complex photo and video projects effectively
  • Ensure deadlines are met with a solution-oriented, efficiency-focused mindset  
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and technology issues or to make informed purchase recommendations 
  • Exhibit technical expertise for photography, videography, and usage of various social media platforms 
  • Avid research of current trends, applications, and technology for photography, videography, and social media 

Qualifications:

  • Required to provide a portfolio  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Cinematography, Video Production, Design, or relevant work experience, with emphasis on social media
  • At least 3-5 years of experience within a corporate environment 
  • Demonstrated competence of professional photo and video production procedures, equipment, techniques, and practices
  • Self-motivated and proven experience in a high-volume, high-paced studio environment 
  • Flexible in response to shifting business priorities and tight deadlines 
  • Stellar communication with strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Highly experienced with Canon, Broncolor, Mac, CaptureOne, Adobe and Microsoft suites 
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
