Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with loose and/or completed product by stacking onto pallets, filling cases, or feeding equipment
• Handwork to include but is not limited to pack, unpack, or repack boxed product and seal as directed.  Inspect product and separate and/or grade product into appropriate acceptable or unacceptable categories to meet customer requests.
• Record and document all required information
• Move product/skids with a hand jack, motorized Raymond (Big Joe) lift or Forklift (training provided).
• Comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations.
• Effectively communicate with team members.
• Perform additional job responsibilities and cross training as assigned by lead or management
• Keep all work areas clean including sweeping, recording and delivering non-conforming, over-runs, and/or waste to appropriate repository.
• Consistently at work and on time

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Must be at least 18-years of age or older
• Printing, factory, or other mechanical work experience preferred
• Ability to write and read measurements.
• Ability to read, understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• The ability to use a computer/manipulate touch screen
• The ability to use repetitive hand/wrist movement
• The ability to take stacks of product, occasionally up to 50 lbs., off a pallet or conveyor up to 48” in height and transfer to tabletop work surface or feeder.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize job need.
• Ability to be a team player in a fast paced, detail orientated production environment.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• There is no limit on the amount of shifts you may request each week; however, shifts are assigned based on the needs of the business.
