QuadMed is looking for a Occ HealthNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Health Clinic in Hemlock, MI.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm or 6:30am - 3:30pm. No call, weekends or holidays! 

Job Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
  • At least three years primary care practice experience required
  • Occupational Health experience preferred 
  • Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN or COHN-S), and/or in other Occupational Health related services (CAOHC, NIOSH-approved spirometry) preferred
  • DOT certification preferred
