Quad is seeking a Traffic Coordinator for our Lomira, WI location. The primary responsibility of a Traffic Coordinator is to accurately check in truck drivers, monitoring shipments, investigating discrepancies and preparing documentation for finished product. This includes communicating with internal and external customers, understanding various operations in Production and the ability to use Powered and Industrial equipment.
Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining dispatch schedule, checking drivers in/out
- Preparing shipping/receiving documentation
- Monitoring production schedules to ensure proper transportation is available for shipments
- Investigate product discrepancies and resolve issues
- Work closely with internal departments
- Ability to communicate professionally
- General office duties (answer phones, read/reply to emails, etc.)
- Must have previous Traffic Coordinator experience (forklift operation and administrative duties)
- Basic math skills
- Have good attendance
- Ability to read and write
- Able to follow simple instructions
- Demonstrates ability to work cooperatively with co-workers
- Able to rotate work schedule end of week, days to nights, and overtime as needed
- Previous experience with driving Powered Industrial Vehicles
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move 10-15 lbs. continuously and lift and/or move up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Candidates must be able to bend, step, and lift constantly, performing repetitious tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
