The Site Analyst supports agency computing and network operating systems including personal computers, peripheral equipment, networks and communication equipment and provides support for users’ software and hardware needs. Meets or exceeds Periscope associates' needs in a manner consistent with Periscope’s mission, objectives and values and that results in a positive image for the agency


  • Provide support to currently deployed and upcoming IT assets and projects including, installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance. 
  • Troubleshoot Mac components and support replacement of hardware and software in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle multiple open issues and interface with customers at all levels with urgency, attention to detail and great enthusiasm.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to end-users where required
  • Evaluate computer hardware and software 
  • Assist the client in solving computer-related and networking issues
  • Adhere to Service Level requirements and performance targets while providing high quality customer service 
  • Handle multiple high-priority users with urgency and discretion


  • Four years of Service Desk, Desk Side support or a combination of education and work experience 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair Mac desktops and laptops 
  • Experience and comfort troubleshooting Mac OS10.14 - 10.[current] machines 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Understanding of filesystems and the interoperability of them when used with MacOS and Windows
  • Ability to handle high priority problem calls and interface with a variety of clients 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal communication and interaction skills, ability to work through problems collaboratively.
