QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our Primary Care Health and Wellness clinics in Muncie, Cambridge City & Yorktown, IN.
Schedule: 36 hours/week; Monday 6:00am - 4:00pm at the Muncie Clinic; Tuesday 10:00am - 6:00pm at the Cambridge City Clinic; Wednesday 8:00am - 6:00pm at the Muncie Clinic; and Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Yorktown Clinic. Off on Fridays and no weekends!
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree level graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university.
- At least three years primary care practice experience required
- Experience with pediatric patients
- Phlebotomy experience, may be required at times
Position Highlights:
