QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at our New York Times Occupational Health Center in Flushing, NY. Work with a tight-knit team to provide on-site Occupational Healthcare to our patients at the New York Times.

- The successful candidate will have completed a master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
- 3+ years' experience in Occupational Health setting preferred, but not required
- DOT certification required within 60 days of hire
