We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity as anOutreach Coordinator with the Huntington Ingalls Industries Family Health Center, Operated by QuadMedlocated in Newport News, VA. The Outreach Coordinator provides support to QuadMed’s Chronic Condition Management and Wellness programs by facilitating outreach and engagement efforts. 


  • Act as a program resource for patients and internal partners with responsibilities including scheduling appointments and referring patients to appropriate resources 
  • Handle enrollment and tracking of participation as programs and services expand through new QuadMed locations  
  • Look for proactive outreach opportunities to increase patient enrollment and engagement in QuadMed programs 
  • Coordinate mailings and other targeted outreach efforts 
  • Keep inventory of educational materials at QuadMed locations across the country 
  • Handle procurement of supplies 
  • Administrative support duties including faxing, scanning, data entry and other responsibilities 


Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis 


  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Human Services or Communications related field of study preferred or equivalent work experience 


  • Two years of experience in health care environment preferred
