Quad is seeking a Creative Account Manager to work onsite with one of our clients in their Niwot, CO location. The primary role of the Creative Account Manager is to coordinate the efforts of advertising print projects as they are processed through production, photography, and proofreading, creative and prepress departments. Responsibilities include project management and scheduling of both local and off-site relations with various account teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing images and product information
  • Managing advertising Plans for upcoming events
  • Managing page templates and page layout configurations
  • Review all pages in each step of the proofing cycle and relay corrections to production staff
  • Provide day-to-day application and system support of production tools
  • Escalate critical issues and follow to resolution
  • Providing production support by proofing all cycles
  • Attend Marketing meetings and maintain daily scheduled deliverables
  • Coordinating with the client for the release each project
  • Managing alterations in and out of production
  • Daily communication of daily status reports along with any issues to the customer 
  • Page production support and print scheduling or format changes and issue resolutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years’ experience producing for catalogs, direct mail, signage, retail inserts, etc.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Detail and deadline oriented 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Experience in the prepress/graphics arts industry preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications, project management databases and email applications
  • Flexibility with work hours as needed to complete required tasks
