- Communicating with other employees for each job
- A minimum of 1 year of experience running color digital printing equipment, with a preference for HP Indigo. Other digital press experience like OCE and Nexpress is encouraged to apply.
- Must meet the physical requirements for the position which includes lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing, bending/stooping
- Must be willing to work at either the Pewaukee, WI plant.
- Must be willing to work a 12 hour rotating 3/4 schedule that includes weekend shifts. Employees work 36 hours (3 shifts) one week and 48 hours (4 shifts) the next week. This schedule includes a built in 8 hours of overtime pay every other week! Our shift schedule rotates from days to nights and front to back half of the week every 4 months, When you’re on night shift an additional 75 cent/hr shift differential. Schedules are done a year in advance and we group the shifts together to give employees the feeling of a workweek and weekend
- Must be adaptable, reliable, and willing to learn
- Print process experience and/or pre-press experience preferred
- Basic computer skills are also required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others is required
- Ability to pass a color test is required
