Client Services Project Manager - On Site (Springfield MO)

Quad is seeking a Project Manager to manage multiple, complex brand projects from beginning to end. This position will be located onsite at Bass Pro Shops Headquarters in Springfield, MO. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities of projects, developing project plans, supporting client priorities and business needs, and collaborating with the service teams to deliver accurate and timely deliverables to the client.
Responsibilities:
Client Relations
- Foster strong partnership with client teams to understand and support business needs
- Maintain solid understanding of client's brands, customer base, and product offering
- Proactively drive client requests forward
- Actively communicate project progress and deliver status reports to client
- Assist client team in cross-department collaboration with stakeholders to acquire all relevant project information required to perform work
- Be a driving force for positivity and excellence onsite with client teams
Project Management
- Lead organization and facilitation of meetings with client and internal creative teams
- Intake new job requests using industry tools and processes (strategy and creative briefs, hours reporting, project scope definition, milestone management, etc.)
- Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Identify process challenges and work with account leadership to solve
- Influence and guide creative team on meeting client’s needs and expectations
- Ensure deliverables and timelines are being met by internal teams
Account Management
- Ability to understand and identify opportunities for continued overall account growth
- Participate in client strategy, planning and concept meetings
- Contribute to internal continuous improvement efforts
- Perform client service communication and documentation protocols
- Bring out-of-scope requests and new service opportunity to account leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, graphic or web design or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with clients in a professional capacity
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing and brand strategy
- Ability to maintain and manage professional relationships
- Aptitude to collaborate effectively with diverse creative team members
- Ability to respond to changes in workflows and processes with agility
- Proactive and disciplined time management approach
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with standard software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Work experience in an agency or internal creative department
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of change management strategies
- Experience using Adobe’s Workfront as a project management tool
