This role, in partnership with the COM’s (Client Operations Managers), work to develop, strengthen and maintain client relationships, provide quality service, address and solve client problems/issues. ASR’s must demonstrate a thorough understanding of client needs, QuadMed’s tools/processes and products/solution, and applying tactical execution skills to fulfill our client’s needs; aid the client in recognizing additional opportunities to manage population health. Responsible for aligning QuadMed’s core competencies with client’s goals and objectives.This position is responsible for the day to day relationship with the client. ASR’s must also coordinate a collaborative relationship with internal account team & coordinate weekly or bi-weekly communication to coordinate client asks and expectations to insure completion.
Foster and manage client relationships
Develop and manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and vendors as appropriate and assigned by the regional account manager or supervisor, in partnership with Account Managers
Develop strategy and framework to collaboratively engage clients in creating joint solutions that delivers on strategy
Collaborate with implementation and Account Managers on new client schedules, programs and goals
Coordinates eligibility, schedules, and health and wellness center programs
Performs analysis to answer client questions and concerns.Coordinates resolution to open Client Action Log items.Relays status to clients, team members and stakeholders as appropriate
Responsible for performance guarantee outcomes for their clients
Responsible for day to day activities with assigned accounts
- Bachelor's degree in business or health services administration or related field is required
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in client service required; experience in health care/health plans preferred.Experience in client service preferred—preferably in health care/health plans
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to make sound and logical judgments as it pertains to budgets, contracting, negotiating and communicating with clients
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussion and collaborate with teams.
- Detail oriented
- Understands health and wellness center operations and is able to execute on strategies, budgets and execute on deliverables
Understands industry and healthcare trends to set 1/3/5 year key account plans for client
