We are currently seeking a Corporate Accounting Intern primarily based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Sussex WI. This is a very challenging and rewarding internship that offers practical experience learning financial reporting and print operations in the short-term and outstanding long-term career opportunities.
Responsibilities vary and can include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Assisting with month-end close, internal and external audits
• Preparing financial and operational statements
• Preparing account reconciliations
• Assisting with Accounting Continuous Improvement Projects
• Assisting with various other accounting projects
• Assist in preparation of domestic and international tax reporting obligations
• Assist with quarterly provision projects, tax audits, and research changes in domestic and international tax legislation as requested
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and have successfully completed the Intermediate Accounting course. An Accounting specific GPA of 3.0 or greater is highly preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access strongly preferred.
Interns will work part-time (minimum of flexible 20 hours/week) throughout the school year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer. Due to training involved and contribution as a value added team member, a one year commitment is strongly preferred. Additionally, travel may be required within the WI plant network and therefore candidates must have reliable transportation.
