Quad's Corporate Trainee Internship Program is a twelve week internship located in Wisconsin. Interns spend two weeks on the production floor and up to ten weeks in an administrative assignment. Through these rotations, interns not only gain hands on experience in the industry, but they also learn Quad’s business model.
The first two weeks of the internship will be spent in production departments throughout our various manufacturing platforms located in Southeastern Wisconsin. The remaining weeks of the program will be spent in an assignment in departments such as Account Management, Post-Press Services, Scheduling, Continuous Improvement, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing or others. In addition, interns may have the opportunity to engage in special projects.
- Enrolled in 4-year Graphic Communications, Business, Marketing, or Communications Major
- If currently outside of Wisconsin, relocation to Wisconsin for duration of internship
- Reliable mode of transportation for the entirety of the internship
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or authorization to work in the U.S. with no additional sponsorship for the
- Work experience in business, marketing, sales, customer service, or printing/publishing
- Involvement and leadership in extra-curricular campus activities or non-profit organizations
