Quad is seeking a Full-TimeElectrical/Mechanical Technician to work in the Sussex, WI facility. The main responsibility for this role is the electrical and mechanical servicing, repair and maintenance of industrial dryers. This will include installing new or modified equipment, evaluation, diagnosing and developing solutions for equipment malfunctions, fabricating and machining material; identifying operations where a failure can be predicted; and developing and conducting routine preventive maintenance task lists to prevent equipment downtime. This position may include assisting with maintenance on other production and auxiliary equipment in the plant as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical maintenance experience on industrial dryers required
- Completion of an industrial electrician or maintenance technician apprenticeship, equivalent industrial work experience and technical education, or military required
- Able to read schematics and machine prints
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Good computer skills required
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work alone and with a team
- Ability to work in confined spaces required
