Responsible for day-to-day system maintenance, functionality and reliability of Apple computers
Day-to-day support of software applications, Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, Font management, etc.
Required to monitor Incident tracking system and timely response to customer calls
Responds to level II - Level III support calls
Manages and updates IT assets within the inventory system
Participate in on-call after hours support rotation
Setup, configure, deploy and relocate Apple computers
Entrusted to exercise a high degree of discretion due to Administrator rights, access and exposure
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent IT experience and/or 4-6 years of experience in IT field
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Apple Operating Systems 10.10 & above
Basic understanding of networking infrastructure
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software packages - InDesign is most important
Working knowledge of JAMF Pro is a plus
Working knowledge of Font Management software - Extensis Universal Type Server is preferred
Working knowledge of Incident management systems
Working knowledge of MS Office toolset
Customer service oriented
Self-starter, able to multi-task; works well with end users, team members and manager
