The Sales Enablement Learning & Development Manager will manage will oversee Sales Training curriculum, content, cadence and implementation to ensure consistent training and education practices are utilized throughout the organization. This manager will have a team of Learning & Development Specialists reporting into them who will provide support of the initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learning & Development & On-Boarding Design: Oversee creation and launch of sales learning and development and on-boarding programs
  • Learning and DevelopmentCurriculum: Build a comprehensive Learning & Development roadmap for Sales roles. Oversee design and course development for the L&D program; design updated or new trainings as needed
  • Training Delivery: Responsible for delivering a centralized onboarding and training program for L&D
  • Training Efficacy: Evaluate and measure impact of training programs across organization
  • Training Support: Provide support for Sales/HR with design and implementation of structure and talent changes
  • Change Management: Drive and support the change management for the Sales organization across education and technology
  • Best Practice Development: Identify ways to automate and/or streamline manual processes; partner with other internal teams to optimize cross-functional workflows
  • Communication Centralization: Responsible for centralizing all sales enablement, support and administrative communication to improve operational efficiency and drive sales effectiveness including implementation of a streamlined sales communication process and governance
  • Project Management:  Continually work with sales leadership to identify potential projects and create prioritized roadmap for execution
  • Project Administration: Ensure that the key Initiatives receive support and resources necessary for success
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Support the maintenance of a Leaning Management System (LMS) infrastructure for sales content; utilize content from LMS to shape learning, coaching, and training programs; govern content input from business units

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Education, Business or related field
  • At least four to five years of leadership experience
  • At least four to five years of project management experience
  • Instructional design, development of training programs; prior professional experience in a Sales Talent / Training role
  • Education/Learning & Development experience is preferred
  • Strong people management skills and high EQ required
  • Instructional design, development of training programs; prior professional experience in a Sales Talent / Training role
  • Demonstrated project management and accountability
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently and as a team leader
  • Prior sales experience is preferred
  • Prior experience acting as a liaison between various internal business units and sales is preferred
