QuadMed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee all recruiting activities which includes identifying and leading strategies connecting exceptional, diverse candidates to key positions within our organization. The Lead will manage a team and oversee their day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have experience working as a trusted business advisor and consultative recruiting matter expert.

•    Manages a team and provides ongoing support and development to strengthen and grow the team’s sourcing and recruiting abilities
•    Guides the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team executing on strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes and ensure the SLAs are adhered to
•    Ensures the creation of on-going pipelines of diverse talent utilizing search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.)
•    Develops and implements strategies to source and identify key talent for hard-to-fill or niche positions
•    Consistently delivers results, executed by setting personal performance & development goals, and taking personal accountability to ensure success.
•    Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; high attention to detail; and the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and carry them out independently
•    Uses Talent Acquisition metrics to monitor and continuously improve performance, efficiencies, and capabilities
•    Manages the recruitment process for sensitive/crucial/prominent positions
•    Focuses on School Partnerships alongside our preceptorship program
•    Performs special projects and other related duties associated with SOPs, job descriptions, partnership with our compensation and onboarding teams, etc. 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. 

•    Minimum three (3) years full life cycle recruitment experience
•    Minimum two (2) years people leadership experience
•    Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
•    Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards and social media to attract talent; (e.g., ORC, LinkedIn, Indeed, Doximity, etc.)

•    Knowledge and understanding of industry and healthcare trends 
•    Ability to build a strong sense of common purpose aligning with mission and vision, across all work groups 
•    Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.  
•    Proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations and demonstrated commitment to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion 
•    Ability to build relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and inspiring confidence to support the objectives of QuadMed and client success 
•    Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to listen, understand and influence 
•    Ability to respond effectively and meet time deadlines and perform effectively and decisively under pressure. 
•    Must have a proven track record of being self-motivated and successfully managing multiple projects within deadlines.  
•    Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
•    Ability to make recommendations to effectively solve problems, using judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
•    Strong computer skills experience with Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
•    Knowledge of HR systems such as HRIS, and applicant tracking, etc.
•    Experience with online sourcing techniques
