GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Responsible for the development and delivery of wellness solutions and enhancements for Quad Med as we continually research, innovate and invest in new wellness programs, services and technologies in partnership with the Wellness Manager.  Oversees all wellness program implementation and governance.  Acts as the business owner for wellness online in partnership with IT.  Assists wellness leadership team with department as well as client projects and initiatives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates innovative market differentiating programs and services and establishes value proposition in partnership with Wellness Manager.

  • Acts as Wellness Online superuser and business owner and incorporates wellness technology as part of program delivery.  This includes staying current on the tools current and future capabilities, advocating for adding additional features as part of the product roadmap, and ensuring that QM utilizes technology to it’s the greatest extent possible

  • Develops program curriculum and delivery tools, support materials and program pricing and/or researches existing programs for QM.  Ensures program integrity through continuous oversight of those conducting programming across QM

  • Assists in determining measurements and tracking process for program outcomes

  • Collaborates with marketing on the production of promotional materials to increase engagement and drive utilization of new and enhanced QuadMed products/services.

  • Develops program/service implementation plan so product is turnkey for client

  • Trains wellness staff on program promotion, delivery, and data tracking

  • Trains sales/operations on new product offering

  • Develops reporting format for program outcomes to be delivered at conclusion of the program and/or at set intervals by wellness program administrator

  • Works with IT for EMR templates/smart phrases for documentation of individual program results for continuity of care

  • Develops tracking process and provide reporting for entire book of business related to each program.

  • Provides support for additional projects and tasks as needed for Wellness Services  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Health Promotion or related field required.
  • Masters’ degree preferred.
Experience:
  • Two or more years’ experience with wellness program development, implementation and data outcomes preferred
  • Four or more years’ experience in the delivery and coordination of corporate based health promotion programs preferred
  • Data measurement and reporting experience preferred

  • Wellness portal experience preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: 

  • Current CPR/AED certification required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Strong Project Management Skills required
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively for program design and development
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational and curriculum development skills
  • Ability to define, track, analyze and interpret raw data for program outcomes
  • Ability to conduct research and pilot programs
  • Requires effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expert level Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills; Proficient with Visio and MS Project
