Quad is seeking a full-time Receptionist for our The Rock, GA plant location.  This position will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service at our front desk. Duties include answering multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and assisting employees with day-to-day questions. This position will also provide administrative support to our HR Department and Admin areas as needed. Along with the receptionist duties will be the responsibility of the Hospitality Coordinator.  As Hospitality Coordinator this person will schedule and follow through with communication with customers and also include scheduling events at the company Clubhouse. Other duties could include, but are not limited to, coordinating a variety of company events, managing Quad TV, and assisting with Safety tasks and Safety Orientations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting employees and guests at the front entrance.
  • Creating badges
  • Safety Orientations for visitors, customers and vending. 
  • Line of specific information of the plant, including Quad Med.
  • Communication of specific departments and personnel 
  • Uniform and boutique management
  • Daily management of mail and incoming calls
  • Computer display information updates
  • Safety: Includes scanning documents, entering in Excel and First Aid Box Replenishment and orders
  • Assist with production duties such as printing mail labels and preparing mailing for Retail Inserts

HR Functions

  • HR backup: Provide great assistance with employees when HR representative is unavailable.
  • Orientation Facilitator: including coordination with departments on shift date, I9 Verification, etc. 
  • Quad Card creation and disbursement
  • MyQuad assistance / Helpdesk assistance
  • Assist with Indeed Hiring Events
  • Walk-in applicant assistance
  • Job Fair components
  • Assembling Interview Packets and New Hire Packets
  • May conduct some interviews
  • Assistance to employees in MyQuad room, scanning FMLA paperwork, and other important documents.

Engagement Activities

  • Think Smalls including coordination of them
  • Managing Clubhouse Reservations
  • Employee Events including Employee Engagement 

Qualifications:

  • Prior reception or customer service experience. 
  • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are a must. 
  • Experience with Microsoft programs and Outlook is required.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Must be flexible to learn additional duties as required.
