We increasingly live our lives through screens so it’s crucial that we bring digital first thinking to our clients and ensure that our agency is on the pulse of how social media is leading our culture. We are looking for someone that eats, sleeps, and breathes social. They are fascinated and follow everything from niche micro communities, leading Tik Tok trends, emerging platforms and have a diverse array of social voices and influencers they follow. They understand what it takes to earn authentic favor on each social platform and can bring a data driven approach to ensuring our social strategies are engaging the right people and driving demand for our clients.  


  • Stay on the pulse of how social is leading culture. From financial conversations on Tik Tok to emerging health or food influencers, you will help us stay ahead of the curve. 

  • Craft and deliver presentations to our internal teams and clients that inspire and inform what the most relevant trends we need to be following are in social. 

  • Use a balance of performance data, social listening, and audience data to inform social strategies (ex. platforms, tactics, best practices, etc.) 

  • Bring bold ideas to our teams. Challenge our thinking with your fresh perspective to ensure we are delivering modern, compelling social ideas that will get noticed and drive demand. 

  • Is familiar with and have experience with social reporting, from campaign recaps to quarterly reports, can use data to tell compelling stories and how we are achieving client goals 

  • Work closely with media team to influence the mix of paid social and leverage performance data to ensure we are continually optimizing and acting on what is working 

  • Collaborates closely with creative teams to ensure ideas are relevant, bold and will break through in recommended platforms 

  • Can help us identify key influencers, manage influencer outreach and paid influencer programs 

  • Collaborate on proposals, pitches, and strategic thought leadership initiatives 

  • Perform other duties from time to time to meet the changing needs of the agency  


  • Bring your outside passions, unique interests, and whole self to the role! 

  • Follow a diverse set of voices, perspectives, and categories on social 

  • Enjoy education and getting others excited about social 

  • Compelling and persuasive storyteller  

  • Does not use 20 pages to explain what they can in 5 

  • Likes collaborating with others 

  • Has the technical expertise when it comes to ins and outs of each social platform 


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or work experience, with emphasis on social media, marketing and advertising/communications, strategic development, etc. 

  • 2-4 years of agency or relevant experience in social media with a focus on strategic development 

  • Strong understanding of integrated social campaigns; experience across multiple media forms 

  • Experience working collaboratively  

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven process 

  • Strong self-motivated and self-starting personality
