Job Description
Quad is currently seeking a Technical Trainer to work in the Westampton Commingle facility. The Technical Trainer is an essential support position in the Westampton plant and functions as a liaison between the Department Leaders and Commingle Admin.

The Technical Trainer has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the Commingle department and is the main support for the Commingle department technical training and daily improvements in safety, productivity, and quality.

 Job duties include, but are not limited to:
    - Assures the training and development needs of the department are meeting the current and future goals of the company and documenting the progress of the employees
    - Identifies high potential employees and ensures their development needs are met. This includes developing the training resources if needed
   - Maintains strong communication with department leaders
   - Monitor the quality of the product coming in and pulling samples
   -Reporting any quality issues to the department leaders

Qualifications
   - High School Diploma or GED
   - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally use hands and wrists in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions and use vision in order to identify defects with or without reasonable accommodation.
   - Prior work experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
   - Must be willing to identify potential in others, assess their developmental needs, and assist them in achieving desired result.
   - Willingness to learn the technical skills of finishing operations and demonstrate the ability to train others.
   - Excellent communication skills in dealing with both department leaders and employees
   - Ability to manage time appropriately, demonstrate good project management skills, and meet deadlines.
   - Ability to use computers and have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
