Quad is currently seeking candidates for our Industrial Maintenance Trainee program. Career paths begin in our Westampton, NJ location and provides a glimpse into a world class maintenance environment.

The Electrical\Mechanical Trainee will gain hands on experience assisting skilled maintenance personnel in the service and repair, installation, modification, of equipment throughout our manufacturing facilities. Our training program includes exposure to Electrical and Mechanical systems; Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Fire systems, HVAC, and Electronic controls.

Trainees can receive regular wage increases at performance milestones and are given a firsthand look at a variety of career paths within the company.

Required Qualifications:

Successful candidates must be able to perform the following: receive and follow instructions and visually identify defects. Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision is required.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an Industrial manufacturing environment a plus
