Quadis currently seeking a full-time 2nd Operator II.
Under the direction of the Specialist, the Second Operator, will have basic operating skills of 1 or more types of equipment as well as direct a machine crew.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Set up, adjust and operate printing and/or finishing machines.
- Direct crew working on the machine.
- Consult with Specialist about scheduled production. Plan the most efficient methods of completing work assignments.
- Understand mailing regulations.
- Assist in positioning and moving material for setups and printing and/or finishing operations.
- Notify Production Specialist of low inventory levels.
- Assist in the training of general laborers.
- Assist other shop personnel with various duties or rush orders in order to meet production schedules.
- Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
Full-time positions are available on the following shifts:
A shift – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Sunday 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
B shift – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday night 7:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.
C shift – Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
D shift – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday night 7:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M
