Reporting to an Account Director, the Account Supervisor is a critical thinker and strong organizer of work and people.  Our new account supervisor will demonstrate exceptional client management, business strategy, strong integrated team development and a proven success record in growing existing businesses and securing net-new opportunities. Most importantly our account supervisor will help Periscope shift into the national spotlight as an agency with a unique and enviable creative reputation.

Client Partnership, Business Development & A Desire to Make an Impact


Periscope is seeking an Account Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day management of a healthcare client across North America. This is a unique opportunity to help shape their business and brand as they continue to expand in new markets.
You’ll partner closely with the Account Leadership and cross-agency team to support client communications to ensure the delivery of great work. This is a fantastic opportunity to orchestrate creative and media projects by facilitating work between client and internal stakeholders, managing projects from briefing through creative ideation, development and delivery. 

 You’ll have a pulse on the client work and the team, continuously strategizing ways to elevate the business. You’ll be eager to bring people together and play a key role in building new best practices. Overall, you’re innately a people-person with a passion for juggling relationships with the client and project team. Most importantly you will help Periscope shift into the national spotlight as an agency with a unique and enviable creative reputation.

 What you’ll do:  

  • Build rapport and credibility with day-to-day and senior level clients based on trust and client engagement skill.
  • Be engaged in the client’s business and category, staying abreast of competitors, product development and market trends, and sharing information with internal team members 
  • Own development of proposals/presentations with input from account lead 
  • Collaborate with the client, Account Director, strategy and creative to develop creative briefs 
  • Manage the creative development process from concept phase through to production
  • Evaluate copy, layouts, artwork, media plans and productions materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed upon strategy and business objectives 
  • Quickly and effectively resolve client problems/concerns to ensure client satisfaction 
  • Lead internal and client meetings, presentations and calls; prepare relevant documents, including agendas, presentation decks and follow up communications, etc. 
  • Manage project scopes and budgets; alert client of financial and timing implications of their request(s); secure client approval to proceed; and revise budgets as needed 
  • Stay alert for opportunities to grow client business; research client’s category and competitive landscape; define key strategic issues and opportunities for the brand/category and impact on client’s objectives; author POVs and strategies to address issues/opportunities and present to client 
  • Uphold and deliver our agency’s core beliefs to strengthen our culture, product and attract people with different backgrounds and experiences to join our agency.
  • Healthcare experience and/or an interest to support our healthcare clients a plus
