Employee Spotlight: Catherine Kuester, HR Program & Events Manager
Raised with Quad, Catherine turned childhood memories into a career, advancing to HR leadership while creating the same family ties for her kids.
Early connection to Quad
Catherine’s connection to Quad started long before her career did. Growing up, she experienced the company through family, traveling with her dad on work trips, attending events, and even modeling for the Quad Boutique. Quad wasn’t just where her parents worked; it was part of her everyday life and memories.
Career growth and development
That early exposure turned into something more lasting. After her parents dedicated more than 30 years to Quad before retiring together in 2008, Catherine began building her own path with the company. She started as an HR temp in 2000, moved into a full-time recruiter role in 2006, and then into payroll in 2007. By 2012, she stepped into an HR leadership role, and today she serves as an HR Program & Events Manager; growing her career step by step in the same place she grew up around.
Continuing the legacy
For Catherine, Quad has always been more than a workplace, it’s a constant thread through her life. Now, she’s creating that same connection for the next generation, bringing her own family to events and sharing in the experiences that once shaped her.
