Corporate Trainee Program
Quad’s Corporate Trainee Program is our rotational onsite program focused on providing professional development and on-the-job training for graduating students.
If you’re one of the high-performing individuals accepted into our trainee program, you’ll have the opportunity to work full time at one or more Quad locations in the U.S. and gain meaningful experience, in marketing, creative onsite management, sales, operations, customer experience and more.
Information Technology Internships
Information technology interns join our global team of nearly 400+ corporate IT specialists, allowing them to flex their talents in software development, data science, client technology, site support, and IT. During the summer, you’ll work 40 hours a week at our corporate headquarters in Sussex, WI, with opportunities to continue your work remotely throughout the school year.
Accounting Internships
Accounting internships are based in Sussex, WI and offer students practical, real-world experience in financial reporting and operations. You’ll gain invaluable early-career skills while working 20 hours per week throughout the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer. Due to the depth of training involved, a one-year commitment is strongly preferred.
Milwaukee Magazine Internships
At Milwaukee Magazine, internships are hands‑on, creative, and rooted in the city we cover. Interns don’t just observe, they contribute to real stories, real projects, and real conversations that reach a broad Milwaukee audience. Whether your interests are journalism, design, photography, or marketing, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, sharpen your skills, and gain meaningful insight into how independent media is created, curated, and shared. This is an opportunity to learn by doing, bring your perspective to the table, and be part of work that reflects and shapes the culture of our city. College credit internships are available each semester and summer and require a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
