Employee Spotlight: Keenan Cuculi, Supply Chain Business Analyst
Career path and entry into Quad
Growing up in Sussex just minutes from Quad, Keenan Cuculi always knew about the company. After studying supply chain management at ASU, Keenan returned home and learned about Quad’s Corporate Trainee Program through friends. The opportunity to test different areas within a broad major was appealing, so Keenan joined as an intern during his junior year, then returned as a full-time Corporate Trainee after graduation. The program’s structure allowed Keenan to explore multiple rotations, starting in Global Procurement for a full year, then moving to Logistics before accepting a full-time position.
Role and responsibilities
Today, Keenan serves as a Supply Chain Business Analyst and the product owner for Procurement, focusing on IT development planning and process improvement. Much of the role involves data analysis, developing dashboards, creating visuals in Tableau and solving problems through data-driven insights. Keenan’s work is project-based, blending technical skills with a passion for continuous improvement. Whether it’s developing new systems or refining existing processes, Keenan’s goal is to make work easier and more effective for colleagues across the company.
Continuous learning and growth

With support from leadership, Keenan pursued a data analyst certification from Tableau, demonstrating Quad’s commitment to employee-driven development.
Mentorship and leadership
Mentorship is a cornerstone of Keenan’s experience at Quad. The formal mentor-mentee program, expanded under Adam Craft, connects employees across departments. Keenan’s current mentor, Hayley Kohls in finance, brings a process and problem-solving orientation that has been invaluable. Informal mentors and supportive leaders have also played a role, fostering a culture where asking questions and seeking advice is encouraged. Keenan appreciates the hands-off leadership style at Quad, where employees are trusted to solve problems and perfect their own work, reflecting the “own your own ship” philosophy.
Favorite projects & impact
One of Keenan’s most exciting recent projects involved collaborating with the manufacturing department to apply AI and machine learning to reduce downtime on presses. By developing predictive models for preventative maintenance, Keenan and the team are leveraging data in new ways to optimize operations. The project is both challenging and rewarding, offering the chance to make a tangible impact on efficiency and performance.
