QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hartford, WI Health & Wellness Center team serving Quad employees and their families 

Schedule:  40 hours, 8:00am-5:00pm Monday and Wednesday/7:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Job Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university. 
  • Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and current National Board Certification
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire 
  • 3+ years of experience in primary care strongly preferred
  • NPI & DEA
  • Background in working with pediatric patients
  • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
