We're currently seeking Experienced Saddle Stitch Operators to join our world-class manufacturing team at our state-of-the-art Hartford, Wisconsin facility.

What You'll Do
As a Saddle Stitch Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products that reach millions of consumers.
You'll:
- Set up and operate advanced saddle stitch equipment
- Monitor quality and production standards to ensure exceptional results
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Optimize machine performance to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals
Experience with Muller Martini 12-40 pocket machines or Goss 855s is a plus, but we welcome operators with experience on other saddle stitch equipment.

- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions
- Understanding of bindery operations and safety practices

- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
