The Senior Content Creator is responsible for developing compelling, social-first content that aligns with brand identity and engages audiences across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X. This role blends creativity with strategy, bringing concepts to life through visuals and video while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion and impact. The position requires a strong background in food/grocery content, a hands-on maker mindset, and the ability to mentor others while driving high-quality, insight-driven content that fuels brand storytelling and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop various forms of social media content (Meta, TikTok, YouTube and X) including overall concepts, videos (reels, stories, etc.), images, GIFs, carousels and infographics.
- Content Calendar: Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and identity.
- Engagement: Monitor and respond to online conversations about the brand to foster engagement and community.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow creatives, producers, strategists, media experts and the marketing team to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas.
- Analytics: Partner with media team to measure the success of content using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Mentorship: Lend your expertise to help guide and uplevel other creatives in the social space.
Experience
- Proven experience in creating engaging content for brands on social media platforms.
- Experience with food and or grocery brands.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Deep knowledge of how to create content for Meta and TikTok while staying current on social media trends and engagement strategies.
- Working knowledge of CapCut and Adobe Premiere (After Effects a plus).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong layout design, photo art direction and hands-on maker mindset.
- Ability to turn concepts into compelling content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The compensation for this range is: $53-85K.
