Maintenance Mechanic Trainee
ApplyQuad is seeking motivated individuals to join our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship Program in West Allis. This program combines paid, hands-on training with related instruction to develop the skills needed to maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.

What You’ll Gain

Training Includes
- Safety & Operations: OSHA standards, tools, and equipment operation
- Mechanical Systems: Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics: System components, troubleshooting, repair
- Installation & Setup: Rigging, alignment, equipment start-up
- Maintenance: Preventive and predictive diagnostics
- Machining & Fabrication: Shop equipment, welding, and basic metalwork
