We are looking for a Project Manager with at least two years of experience to join our project management team. As a team member, our creative project managers are the hub across all creative development from kick-off through final artwork development. This person would work directly with the client to help plan, prepare for project kickoffs, and successfully manage individual Client relationships and projects on behalf of the Client and Quad.
Our Project Managers are creative problem solvers who can anticipate project needs, think on their toes and build upon strong client relationships. You will need to be able to deliver a wide variety of projects on time and on budget, even when changes are being made faster than you can hit "save" on your computer. The Project Manager will be in continual communication with internal and client team members through email, phone, video, and in-person conversations to understand all details of their projects.
Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination
- Function as the primary coordinator and communication hub across multiple concurrent projects.
- Facilitate end-to-end management of seasonal campaign asset production — from toolkit handoff to final asset delivery.
- Prepare project documentation ahead of kickoff meetings, including copy/image pairing and coordination with WFM Creative, Production, Resource Management, and Betty teams.
- Support resource planning and timeline development in collaboration with team members and leadership.
Asset & Workflow Management
- Own ProofHQ routing and review processes.
- Oversee and manage timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Update stakeholders on project status and milestone completion.
- Coordinate media central uploads, incremental asset requests, and delivery of final project PDFs.
- Maintain organized and complete project folders and input documentation (e.g., asset trackers, photography, and messaging).
Communication & Teamwork
- Manage communications with WFM and Amazon stakeholders professionally and proactively.
- Act as the point of contact for project updates, clarifications, and approvals.
- Take notes during meetings and distribute updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Support effective cross-functional collaboration to resolve questions, align on direction, and maintain progress.

Qualifications:
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field required.
- You have been working in a professional capacity for four to seven years. You’re fast. You’re organized. You’re cool under pressure. Your attention to detail is spot-on.
- You’re naturally collaborative and supportive.
- Your negotiating, creative problem-solving, relationship-building and strategic-thinking skills are stellar.
- You maintain a sense of humor even when the project goes awry.
- You’re constantly thinking of “what if?” scenarios, and providing top-notch solutions.
- You embrace a well-oiled process, but know creative solutions require flexibility.
- You just get advertising and marketing strategy, creative, photography/videography, and print production.
- 2-4 years of integrated project management experience in an agency setting, preferred.
- Retail project management experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 tools, and project management methodologies. Workfront experience a definite plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
