Quad is seeking a dependable and motivated Class B CDL Local Driver to join our second shift team in Franklin, WI. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a stable career with a well-established company that values safety, service, and teamwork.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | either 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM - exact shift TBD
Pay Range: $20–$23/hour (based on experience and work history)

What You’ll Do

As a Local Driver, you’ll play a vital role in our operations by ensuring timely and secure delivery of finished goods and paper products to local customers and between Quad’s Wisconsin facilities. Your day will be split between driving and supporting plant operations:

• Safely operate a 28-ft. straight truck for local deliveries (approx. 50% of your shift)
• Perform material handling duties within the plant (approx. 50% of your shift)
• Follow scheduled routes and accommodate special pickups as needed
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
• Uphold company safety standards and maintain a valid driver’s license

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused. Ideal candidates will have:

• A Class B CDL and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Forklift experience
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• A commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks (lift 10–15 lbs. continuously, up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
• Previous courier or shuttle driving experience is a plus

The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differentials.
