Project Manager
ApplyGeneral Purpose of Job:
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting and driving the successful delivery of website and mobile app initiatives across client
engagements. This role serves as a key contributor within the Web Experience delivery team, owning day-to-day coordination, scope
management, and client communication while partnering closely with senior leadership, design, and engineering teams.
This individual will play an active role in feature planning and prioritization conversations, helping translate business needs into actionable
work while ensuring web and mobile projects remain organized, transparent, and aligned. The ideal candidate combines strong project
management fundamentals with growing technical fluency and a desire to expand their strategic impact over time.
This role is execution-focused, collaborative, and hands-on, with clear opportunities to grow into broader delivery and strategic
ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management
o Develop and manage timelines, task plans, and status documentation for website redesign and mobile application
projects as well as website retainer engagements
o Track and prioritize all client requests and deliverables, creating visibility & transparency into the progress of work at
multiple stakeholder levels on a regular basis
o Work with the team to ensure that all client deliverables are met on time and on budget. This includes ensuring
internal processes are followed, that teams are adhering to estimated hours, and that work aligns with approved
scope agreements
o Facilitate planning sessions and help organize feature prioritization discussions in partnership with senior leaders
o Translate business requirements into structured tasks and actionable next steps for cross-functional teams
o Partner with design, development, and analytics teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed
· Communication and Team Management
o Ensure clear and thorough communication across project team, proactively clearing blockers
o Work with team members to discuss and address client challenges that arise
o Lead daily stand ups and internal meetings, preparing detailed agendas in advance of the meetings
o Coordinate quality assurance and release readiness activities to support successful launches
· Client Relationship Management
o Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients on assigned workstreams, ensuring clear communication and timely
follow-up
o Participate in weekly client meetings to discuss account status and updates
o Very detailed oriented to ensure all work is client-ready
· Solutioning
o Anticipate client and team questions and provide thought out answers/solutions
o Identify and employ lessons learned from previous experience to ensure delivery of each subsequent project is more successful than the last
Experience:
3+ years experience in online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce, or other applicable fast-paced client-service environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Demonstrate working knowledge of web platforms, integrations, CMS and CRM systems, APIs, and web analytics systems
· Demonstrate working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet and Workfront
· Demonstrate working knowledge of digital marketing channels and audience strateg
