General Purpose of Job
The Integrated Solutions Manager is responsible for driving seamless execution of client initiatives through strategic partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive communication. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, this role ensures alignment of business objectives with marketing solutions that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Account Management
- Oversee end-to-end execution of client projects, from concepting through invoicing and analysis.
- Track budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project details, communications, and reporting.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as a main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges.
- Proactively communicate project updates, deliverables, and performance insights.
- Strategic Partnership & Execution
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop integrated marketing strategies and solutions.
- Translate client objectives into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and accountability.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance client outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate across internal departments—including creative, production, operations, and analytics—to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams to eliminate silos and drive efficiency.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively problem-solve to maintain project momentum.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall client experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, client verticals, and competitive landscape to inform recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5+ years in account management, project management or marketing solutions role.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where strategy meets execution.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, operational, and technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver innovative solutions
