Graphic Designer
ApplyThe Graphic Designer produces in-house corporate marketing materials across print, digital, and presentation formats, with a strong focus on execution. This role collaborates with Senior Graphic Designers and marketing stakeholders to deliver accurate, on-brand work across a wide range of initiatives. Balancing light concept development with hands-on design, the designer ensures consistency across deliverables while supporting website content updates. With strong production skills and attention to detail, this role contributes to a steady output of clear, professional materials that support marketing and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Independently concept, design, and execute creative across channels including digital, print, social, and event channels
Uphold and apply brand standards and design systems with precision, helping evolve them as the brand grows
Partner with team members to define project requirements and creative direction
Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to develop concepts and deliverables aligned to business goals
Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with clear rationale, integrating feedback while maintaining design integrity
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-volume environment, prioritizing effectively and delivering on time with a high attention to detail
Present work at key stages and iterate through feedback cycles to final delivery

Prepare and preflight final production files for print, digital, and other channels, accuracy and quality across all outputs
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience preferably in a B2B in-house marketing environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, detail-oriented work across print, presentation, and digital channels
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint design skills, with ability to create polished, on-brand presentations
Print production expertise, including page layout, composition, and preparing print-ready files
Excellent understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage high-volume, fast-turnaround work with accuracy
Ability to follow direction and iterate quickly based on feedback
Effective time and task management, including maintaining accurate project tracking and meeting deadlines
Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining consistency
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Working awareness of AI-enabled creative tools and emerging workflows
Familiarity with Microsoft Sharepoint and Digital Asset Management tools a plus
Motion Graphics (Adobe After Effects) experience a plus

Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $55,000 - $65,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
