[SM1]This is strong. I like the way its defined.
[SM2]would this role play a larger part in leading and executing the engagement survey? I know it mentions coordinate and execute audits and surveys, however should we include anything more specific in the responsibilities? The other aspects of this line are outlined in the HRBP section, but wasn't sure if we wanted to include any more related to engagement.
[KH3]I don’t foresee this role leading engagement survey based on Jamie’s interest in doing so, but if they have experience doing this it will speak to their ability to support this and other similar efforts. Thanks for the great question!
