General Purpose of Job
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role supports leaders and teams through effective coordination, communication, and execution of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of the business and enabling others to focus on strategic and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and route incoming phone calls, emails, and customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail; support order fulfillment activities; and maintain organized inventory records.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of recurring reports, workflow documentation, and administrative records.
- Update, maintain, and support adherence to office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and ensure shared workspaces remain organized and well maintained.
- Process invoices, reconcile expenses, manage purchase orders, and serve as the primary liaison between Accounts Payable, internal staff, and external vendors.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications with vendors, corporate teams, staff, and management.
- Support the planning and execution of hosted meetings and events, including scheduling, coordination, logistics, and on-site assistance as needed
Job Requirements
Education: High School Degree
Experience: 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
