Quad Martinsburg, WV is seeking a candidate for our Pre-Apprentice Mechanical Maintenance Trainee program. Career paths provide a glimpse into a world-class maintenance environment while completing related classes.  The wage range for this position is $18 - $25/hr, depending on experience.

What You’ll Gain

Training Includes

  • Safety & Operations: OSHA standards, tools, and equipment operation
  • Mechanical Systems: Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors
  • Hydraulics & Pneumatics: System components, troubleshooting, repair
  • Installation & Setup: Rigging, alignment, equipment start-up
  • Maintenance: Preventive and predictive diagnostics
  • Machining & Fabrication: Shop equipment, welding, and basic metalwork

Program Details

  • 8,000-hour structured apprenticeship
  • Includes paid related instruction
  • Hands-on mentoring in a manufacturing environment
